You may make payment using any of the current payment methods stated on checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number, and instructions on how to send payment.

If you did not receive an order confirmation and would like information on your order progress, please contact us

If you have questions about the status of your wholesale order, you can email your account manger or use an alternate method from our contact page. Make sure to include your name and confirmation number.

Once we receive payment, your order’s status will be upgraded to processing, and an email will be sent to you. We try to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on the volume of orders. Paid orders are processed first come, first served. When we have completed your order, you will receive an invoice which contains a tracking number for either UPS Ground or USPS.

We ship to USA, Europe, Australia, Thailand and Canada. If your country is not on the list, please contact your account manager who will be able to arrange shipment to your country.

If you have any issues with our products, please contact your account manager for our replacement procedure.
