Returns Policy

For the safety of our staff and customers, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased on or after May 14, 2020. 

Please be sure to check your order carefully before submitting and review your confirmation email immediately after placing your order to ensure that everything is correct, as exceptions to this policy will not be made*. 

We greatly appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation. 

All sales are final once order is placed.

*This policy does not apply to damaged/defective merchandise. Please contact us within 3 months of receipt of good if you have a damaged/defective item by emailing info@elev8seeds.com. Unfortunately we cannot honour any returns or refunds if more than 3 months have passed since receiving the goods.
